Container Loading Inspection
Once goods passed the PSI, does not mean the further steps dont need to be controlled. To make sure goods get loaded in proper and correct way, the Container Loading Supervision(CLS) is a very important step for the importer to make sure the correct cargos are delivered.
Pre-Production Inspection
The Pre-Production Inspection (PPI) is the first step to assure the quality of your products. This type of quality control is performed before the production process begins. We will check the quantity and quality of the raw materials and components which are used for your order, and whether they are in conformity with the product specifications.
During Production Inspection
During production inspection, or “DUPRO”, are recommended when ordering a product for the first time or working with a new factory, especially for big quantity orders with very strict quality requirements. During production inspections allow the buyer to find and address any defects or deviations at an early stage of the production process to avoid and prevent them from ending up in the final product.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
The Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is one of the most conducted services by TIC and conducted by clients. This is the last chance to avoid shipping wrong or defect products. This inspection conducted before the cargo's shipment and will take place, when the order is 100% finished in production and at least 80% of the order has been fully packed for shipping.
